Knowledge comes from acknowledgement. The more one acknowledges people, the more knowledge one gets. I would like to acknowledge those people who have given me the knowledge and guidance which have helped me walk through the darkness to reach the bright side of the career.

Garg, HOD of Mechanical Engineering Department, Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University, for their valuable guidance and wholehearted cooperation in starting my career in SAP ERP. I want to make a special mention of Rishi Raj Baluni and Rajeev Ramachandaran, who have been my colleagues and mentors at work place and have guided me to learn MM and WM modules. Manish Gupta (Senior Manager), a very successful FI-CO consultant, has provided me with one of the best opportunities and learning’s in my career so far. Subsequently Sandeep Tibrewala (Senior SD Consultant) provided me the platform to stretch my accomplishments in MM module. I would like to thank Amit Atri and Raghav Kapoor to help me in SAP implementation and roll out projects, to achieve my objectives and delivering my best. Mr. Vikas Das, and Mr. Damodhar Reddy have taken lot of pain to review script of the book to check for mistakes and policy violation.
I am grateful to Mr. M B Joshi (DMG, Press Shop, Tata Motors), for putting me on challenging roles and projects during my tenure at Tata Motors, which gave me demanding and wonderful experience in materials management.
I attribute my SAP learning to Rajan Sachdeva and Sriram Sreenivasan (both of them are Senior Executive, Partner), who has been giving me many opportunities to work in various implementation and rollout projects. These projects have given me varied exposure to materials planning and quality management module.
